National Center for missing and Exploited Children was actively publishing to the public their call to action to dial 911 in fact “anyone having information should contact” “don’t hestitate” call 911 concerning Aarys (he prefers Alex) Oberlander-Hower possibly as late as July, 1, 2022, despite the boy being 26 years old at the time and location known to mother and state and local governments.
